Refund policy

Refund Policy We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Important Exception for Health/Medical and Consumables: For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, supplements, or medical equipment (such as CPAP masks and hoses) unless they are defective upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
